The Beatles performed a song on July 7, 1967 that was written by one of their own, John Lennon. This song was also used in the romantic comedy, "Love Actually" in 2003. Two years later it is the song that was playing as I watched my beautiful wife walk down the isle to marry me on July 9, 2005, just two days and 38 years after the song was first heard. This song was titled, "All You Need Is Love". Now on this day just six years after our wedding day, my Coach's RULE of the day is to LOVE. Love whomever you are with. Love whomever you want. Love each and everyone or just yourself. But go out and LOVE!!!
"All You Need Is Love" by The Beatles (lyrics)
Love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love.
There's nothing you can do that can't be done.
Nothing you can sing that can't be sung.
Nothing you can say but you can learn how to play the game
It's easy.
There's nothing you can make that can't be made.
No one you can save that can't be saved.
Nothing you can do but you can learn how to be you
in time - It's easy.
All you need is love, all you need is love,
All you need is love, love, love is all you need.
Love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love.
All you need is love, all you need is love,
All you need is love, love, love is all you need.
There's nothing you can know that isn't known.
Nothing you can see that isn't shown.
Nowhere you can be that isn't where you're meant to be.
It's easy.
All you need is love, all you need is love,
All you need is love, love, love is all you need.
All you need is love (all together now)
All you need is love (everybody)
All you need is love, love, love is all you need.
